The steel grades of oil casing are usually: H40, J55, K55, N80, L80, C90, T95, P110, Q125, V150, etc. The end processing forms of oil casing mainly include: short round thread, long round thread, partial trapezoidal thread, special buckle, etc.

American Standard oil casing is widely used in the oil production process to maintain drilling, avoid contamination of shallow gas layers, support wellhead devices, and bond the weight of other layers of casing. With the vigorous development of the petroleum industry, direct buried pipelines, American standard oil casings, and tank bottoms in oil fields are severely corroded, especially American standard oil casings, which seriously affects the production, development, design, and surrounding environment of oil fields. Anti-Corrosion Countermeasures For American Standard Oil Casing:

1. First, focus on water quality standards and strictly monitor and manage water quality. Implement cleaning and injection, strengthen main water pipeline cleaning, ensure that the water quality in the station and at the bottom of the well reaches standards, and reduce corrosion sources from entering the annular space;

2. For newly put into production water injection wells, annular protective fluid mainly used for disinfection should be added, and a regular adding system should be established;

3. In view of the accelerated effect of mechanical wear on oil casing corrosion, it is recommended to add a rubber ring to the oil pipe coupling or add a centralizer to the severely deviated part of the well to prevent the oil pipe from scratching the casing during operation and water injection. One side contact sleeve;

4. In view of the serious corrosion of bacteria under the scale and the slow growth and killing of SRB at high temperatures, high-temperature water or steam of 100 degrees Celsius can be regularly injected into the annular space to kill the SRB under the scale;

5. Before the corrosion of water injection well casing is effectively controlled, it is not recommended to promote the use of cathodic protection and coated casing.
