Burrs are a common problem in metal processing. No matter how advanced and sophisticated equipment is used, burrs will be born along with the product. Mainly due to plastic deformation of the material, excess iron filings (burrs) are produced on the edge of the material to be processed, especially materials with good ductility or toughness. So how to remove the burrs of oil casing? Read on to learn more.

How to remove burrs from oil casing? Specific steps are as follows:

Turn on the air source power switch of the pneumatic motor of the deburring equipment and check whether the CNC tool is long enough and sharp; turn the tool bar to move the power switch axially, and shake the pneumatic motor power switch when the CNC tool extends into the tube body. Run at high speed, then adjust the axial movement speed of the CNC tool (generally 0.7-1 meters per minute) until the CNC tool has turned all the holes in the wall thickness, rotate the tool holder in the opposite direction, and turn the power switch in the axial direction superior. The CNC tool retreats until the air motor motor power switch exposes the end of the oil casing. Immediately turn off the air motor motor, and the CNC tool still moves axially. When it reaches the starting position,

Use compressed gas to blow away the iron slag in the pipe, and use a flashlight to check whether the burrs in the inner cavity are clean. If it is determined that the burr has been removed, proceed to the next process. Repeat the above steps again until the burrs are removed; then install external thread protection devices on both sides; after filling in the relevant records, the deburring process of the oil screen during the oil casing process is completed.
