Oil casing pipe is used to line the hole, occurring periodically throughout the drilling process starting with the surface casing, intermediate casing, and ending with production string which takes place during well completion. In this article, Union Steel Industry will introduce production process of oil casing pipe in detail.

The production process flow of oil casing is generally as follows:

1. Heating of steel ingots requires an annular heating furnace;

2. Hydraulic press punching and reheating;

3. The oil casing factory uses a two-roller guide extending machine for extension;

4. Reuse the disc heating furnace for periodic rolling, and use the non-entering furnace for reheating, cooling, straightening, pipe cutting, and inspection.

In order to improve the quality of oil well pipe bodies, the oil casing factory uses imported technology to jointly design and manufacture precision pipe rolling machines. The continuous cast round tube billet is heated in an annular heating furnace, pierced by a conical roller piercing machine, rolled by a precision tube rolling mill, sized, and cooled by a cooling bed to form a seamless steel pipe short-process production line. Its production process is: electric furnace→furnace Internal refining→vacuum degassing→continuous casting→heat transfer→pipe heating→piercing→pipe rolling→sizing→cooling and tempering (reserved)→online quenching (reserved)→tempering (reserved)→sizing (prepared) (retain)→cooling→straightening→flaw detection→sawing→cutting head→inspection→rail straight pipe processing.
