Steel belts are used as the raw material for the baler, and each belt should be twisted into multiple strands. The number of strands should be appropriately increased based on the outer diameter and weight of the spiral steel pipe to prevent loosening.

 

Protection Against Loosening and Damage:

The packaging must ensure that the anti-corrosion spiral steel pipe remains secure and undamaged during normal handling, transportation, and storage.

 

Buyer’s Specifications:

Containerization:

These can be fixed to the baler or the outside of the spiral steel pipe using arc welding, electric welding, or other securing methods.

For thick-walled anti-corrosion spiral steel pipes, precautionary measures should be taken using either internal pipe supports or external structures. The material of the fixed bracket and the outer frame should be the same steel material as the spiral pipe.
