What is Pipe Lining?

This pipe is a way of rehabilitating old lines to gain more years of service after heavy dirt washouts.

What is Pipe Coating?

Pipe coating is a very different technology than assembly line technology. It also has a different installation process. Pipe coatings can be applied to both the interior and exterior of pipes.

This means it can address both external and internal corrosion issues. External corrosion is usually due to the pipe's surrounding environment. Factors such as wet conditions and acidic soils can cause more corrosion.

Internal corrosion is affected by factors such as temperature, oxygen content, pressure, and the flow rate of substances contained in the pipeline.

The pipe coating process is time-saving and economical compared to pipe replacement. This is also a long-term solution.
