API 5L X65 Pipe

API 5L X65 pipe is a high level grade pipe in API 5L specifications, commonly used for natural gas, water and oil transportation. API 5L X65 tubing is extremely strong and built to last, helping to reduce lifetime replacement costs for customers. API 5L X65 pipe is also heat treated to provide additional mechanical strength and reduce hardness, and can also be hot or cold galvanized to make the pipe resistant to corrosion from rust/oxidation. There are two levels of X65 pipes, PSL1 and PSL2, but both levels have different requirements, and even the material composition is different.
