A piping system is a vast network of components each, having its own unique function. Pipe Spools are devices in this vast system, which are pre-fabricated across smaller segments. These components include flanges, fittings, and pipes, which are mounted during the fabrication process and delivered to the consumer. A Pipe Cleaner Spool is prone to corrosion due to their exposure to different environmental elements. This is why we offer these components with enhanced tolerances after processing them further. The Pipe Chain Spool is very reliable and durable

A Pipe Spool Flange can be used in connecting long pipes with the tips of flanges. This enables them to be easily bolted to another pipe or a matching flange. They are widely seen in the construction of power plants, petroleum refineries that require a variety of materials to function well.

Pre-Fabrication Process
1. Engineering & Design

 Detailed isometric drawings, P&ID, and 3D models are created
Selection of materials, pipe sizes, and fittings
Weld mapping and non-destructive testing (NDT) planning

2. Material Procurement & Cutting

Pipes and fittings ,flanges are made according to project specifications
Precision cutting using CNC machines, saws, and plasma cutting

3. Welding & Assembly

Butt welding, socket welding, and TIG/MIG welding for strong joints
Flanges, elbows, tees, and valves are fitted as per design
Welding inspected using X-ray, ultrasonic, or dye penetration testing

4. Surface Treatment & Coating

Galvanization, painting, or powder coating for corrosion resistance
Internal lining (FBE, epoxy, rubber, or FRP) based on application

5,Testing & Quality Control

Hydrostatic pressure testing ensures leak-proof operation
Dimensional and alignment checks for precision
NDT (Radiography, UT, MPI) to detect welding defects

6. Packaging & Transportation

Pipe spools are labeled, bundled, and shipped to the installation site
