To create our fins, we utilize three distinct processes. The first involves applying strip stock to the outside of the tube in a perpendicular configuration. The second process involves forming or pressing the fins into the tube wall, creating extruded shaped fins. The third method uses dies to create dimples or shapes in the tube wall. All these technologies are developed and supported in-house, providing complete control over the manufacturing process.

Our in-house development capabilities give us extensive knowledge of tube-enhancing technologies. With our internal tool and die machine shop, we are fully equipped to develop custom tube configurations for our customers. This approach helps keep development costs down and provides shorter lead times.
