JCOE is one of the molding methods of LSAW steel pipe and one of the equipment. GB/T3091-2008, GB/T9711.1-2008 are generally used in China, and the international standard is API-5L.JCOE steel pipe is mainly based on double-sided submerged arc welding production process, and the products are bended, seamed, internally welded, externally welded, straightened, and flattened in many processes to meet the requirements of the relevant standards.

Commonly used materials are: Q235A, Q235B, 16Mn, 20#, Q345, L245, L290, X42, X46, X70, X80, 0Cr13, 1Cr17, 00Cr19Ni11, 1Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni11Nb and so on.
