Pin tube is an enhanced heat exchange element. The studded tube is equally welded on the surface of the steel pipe by the pin tube automatic welding machine.  A pin fin tube is a kind of heat exchanger tube that has a large number of pins on its surface. These pins increase the surface area of the tube, which in turn enhances its heat transfer capabilities. The pins are usually arranged in a regular pattern, and they can be straight or helical.

Pin tubes are great for oil and gas plants, chemical and petrochemical plants, power generation plants and refineries. And we can provide product certificates of many classification societies, such as America ABS, France BV, China CCS, Britain LR and Norway DNV.

The performance of pin fin tubes can be improved by increasing the number of pins, reducing the pin diameter, and optimizing the pin spacing. However, these modifications can also increase the manufacturing costs of the tube. Therefore, the design of a pin fin tube involves a trade-off between performance and cost.
