2、Austenitic stainless steel
Including 200, 300 series.
Chromium content greater than 18%, nickel content of 8%, while containing a small amount of molybdenum, titanium, nitrogen and other elements. This stainless steel weldability, plasticity, toughness are good, can resist a variety of media corrosion, so it can be used to make acid-resistant chemical piping, equipment, etc., the overall performance is relatively good.
3, austenitic - ferritic duplex stainless steel
Including S31200, S32304, S32750 and so on.
As the name suggests, this type of stainless steel austenitic and ferritic organizations account for half, so it abandoned some of the shortcomings of the two, both the advantages of the two stainless steel. Compared with the simple ferritic stainless steel, plasticity, weldability, toughness are higher, compared with the simple austenitic stainless steel, strength, corrosion resistance is stronger.
4, martensitic stainless steel
Including 403, 410, 416, 416 (Se), 420, 431, 440A, 440B, 440C and so on.
This stainless steel has a high carbon content, so the strength, hardness, wear resistance is very strong, but plasticity, weldability, corrosion resistance is relatively poor.
It can be used for parts with high mechanical requirements, such as turbine blades, hydraulic valves and so on.
5、Stainless steel plate and strip for pressurized equipment
Including S30408, S31603 and so on.
This is a kind of stainless steel specially used for pressure vessels, size, technology, quality and so on have clear requirements, mainly used for some sanitary equipment.
