Descripción
Nickel is a transition metal, which is hard and ductile. Nickel pipes are corrosion resistant, but can form oxide slowly at room temperatures. These pipes are ferromagnetic at room temperature. Nickel is used in the production of steel. About 68% of world’s stainless steel uses nickel. Nickel is the element used in alloys to give them additional tensile strength, toughness and ductility.
Nickel pipes are used in chemical industry, petrochemical industry, Power generation, Coal and Gas industry, Oil & Gas, Food Processing, fertilizer production industry. Nickel Pipes are commercially available in grades such as Nickel 200, Nickel201. All these grades have properties such as excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high strength, oxidation resistance, and carburization resistance at high temperatures.
Nickel 200/201 Pipe is available in Seamless or Welded from Size ranges 1/8" up to 26".
Features
1. Corrosion Resistance - 200 Nickel Alloy Tubes are resistant to a variety of corrosive environments, including salt-water, acid, alkaline, and hydrofluoric acid.
2. High Temperature Resistance - This alloy's mechanical properties make it ideal for high-temperature applications, such as nuclear power generation and petrochemical processing.
3. Ductility - The 200 Nickel Alloy Tube has excellent ductility, making it easy to bend and fabricate into various shapes and sizes.
4. Uniformity - Our manufacturing process ensures uniformity in thickness, dimension, and mechanical properties, resulting in a high-quality final product.
